Navjot Grewal, LCSW, is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Omid Counseling Center.  In her role as CEO, Navjot contributes to Omid Counseling Center’s company policies and procedures, strategic planning, procurement of new business, and the advancement of clinical services.  Navjot has over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health, including provision of psychotherapy to children, teens, and adults; clinical supervision of associates; clinical program management; compliance and quality improvement; and as adjunct professor at CSU-Fresno’s Social Work Department.  Navjot earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from UC Davis, her master’s degree in social work from California State University of Fresno, and she has been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker since 2015.
